      <image:caption>Brittany Davis is a life-long equestrian who began riding at six years of age. Her well-rounded experience encompasses a range of disciplines in English, western, racing and polo. She has always been passionate about animal health and well-being, so it was only natural that she pursued a career that combines her love of horses and health. Brittany completed her Master of Science in Equine Science degree with merit from the University of Edinburgh, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. She is a certified Professional Animal Scientist specializing in horses through the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists. Brittany is a PhD Candidate at the University of Calgary where she is researching equine biomechanics, performance and nutrition. She enjoys life-long learning and enhances her knowledge through continuing education opportunities. Brittany often works in collaboration with veterinarians and other equine professionals. She believes in a team approach to horse health and care. Brittany is very involved with the equine industry and sits on the Board of Directors and on multiple committees for several equine organizations at both the provincial and national levels. In her downtime, Brittany can be found spending time on her farm with her 5 horses.
